Raíces, Fortaleza y Comunidad: GPS For Hispanic and Latino Communities was created through the MASStrong partnership with Cruzando Puentes, a community-rooted initiative whose leadership brings deep lived experience serving and representing historically underserved communities across Western Massachusetts.  Recognizing that there is no singular Hispanic or Latino experience, the curriculum honors differences in country, culture, generation, race, immigration experience, language, family structure, and tradition, while making space for shared strengths rooted in family, community, cultural identity, perseverance, and connection.
