When we listen to ourselves and each other in a safe group environment, we tap into our own natural intelligence and power to make personal and collective change.
Liz Friedman,
Co-Founder and CEO of GPS
GPS teaches ways to be confident, respectful, genuine, inclusive. It teaches how to set boundaries and still be accessible to members. And it teaches the importance of the power of the group members.
Anne Heppenstall, LCSW
